UNIT 2: Coaching Basics
These three courses focus on the essential skills and knowledge required to become an effective coach. You’ll explore how to develop your own coaching philosophy and understand the differences between various coaching styles. Additionally, you’ll learn how to design and adapt drills to suit players with different skill levels. The courses also cover strategies for quickly teaching new players to rally, helping them stay engaged and succeed in the game.

UNIT 3: Teaching Essentials #1 – Kids
These four courses will equip you with the skills needed to work effectively with younger players. Teaching kids requires a unique approach compared to adults, and you’ll discover the best types of modified courts and equipment that accelerate learning for young players. We’ll explore the developmental characteristics of children in the 5-6, 7-8, and 9-10 age groups. Our proven drills offer practical ideas you can immediately implement to run a successful kids’ program.
